KGR SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. provides Institution Management SaaS (“Service”). 
We comply with India’s IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. 
This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information.
2. Data We Collect
Account information: Institution name, address, contact person, email, staff logins.
Student data: names, DOB, grades— as entered by Institution.
Usage data: login times, IP addresses, activity logs.
Billing & payment data: invoices, fee receipts, payment confirmations.
3. How We Use It
To deliver and support the Service.
To manage subscriptions, billing.
To monitor usage and improve features.
To communicate updates, maintenance or customer support messages.
4. Data Sharing & Disclosure
With AWS as our hosting provider (data remains encrypted, under our control).
Only with your consent or as required by law. We do not sell or misuse data.
5. Security & Retention
Hosted on AWS, with data encryption at rest/in transit, access controls, and backups.
Data retained for as long as your subscription is active; you may request export or deletion within 15 days after termination.
6. Your Rights & Consent
As per India IT Rules, you may request access or correction of your personal data.
By using the Service, you consent to this Policy and our data practices.
7. Policy Changes & Contact
We may update this Policy; changes will be posted to the same URL with “Last Updated” date.
